Pitches and previous work

We recently visited a potential client as part of their tender process for a new piece of work. When showing our design work to prospective clients, we are often asked if we have any examples of work that match the project brief being discussed.

It’s understandable, people want to see what they are going to get.

Mostly we don’t though, and instead need to talk around our long and varied experience, history of happy clients and our portfolio. On this occasion though, we we able to show a previous piece of design work that was almost identical to the project requirements we were there to discuss.

It will be interesting to see if this wins the work, or perhaps it won’t!
