Dark Matter, Berlin

Recently back from a trip to Berlin we can very much recommend the Dark Matter installation. The seven pitch-black individual rooms occupy the site of a former factory, located about a half hour bike ride from the city centre. Each has it’s own installation, light and audio-based, partly interactive, but all mesmerising in their own way. The experience is the work of Christopher Bauder and his studio WHITEvoid who’s work for Abba Voyage is “currently the largest and most complex permanent kinetic lighting installation in the world”.
